Research output: Chapter in Book/Report/Conference proceedingChapter

Abstract

Following the significant reforms of the Crime Victims’ Rights Movement, victims gained increased access to the criminal justice system including the rights to notification, information, privacy, compensation, and involvement in the process. Despite these and other resources that emerged over the past several decades, there is still work to be done to improve system and community-based responses for crime victims.
