Abstract
For this issue of the back-page article, where we typically focus on innovation, we are switching our gears and delving into ethics, where organizations are actively working toward instilling integrity within their culture. Prima facie, these two enormous fields of study, namely, ethics and innovation, appear unrelated; particularly, when one juxtaposes the initial impression one gleans from ethics as something intangible, when compared with innovation where the outcome is often tangible.
